1. Digital Products

1.1 Delivery Method
All downloadable products, such as PSD files, will be delivered via email. Upon completing your purchase, you will receive a download link to the email address provided during checkout.

1.2 Delivery Time
Digital files are delivered immediately after payment is successfully processed. Please check your inbox and spam/junk folder. If you do not receive your files within 24 hours, contact us at hello@sidepeace.agency for assistance.

1.3 Issues with Download
If you encounter any issues with your download, please reach out to us at hello@sidepeace.agency We are here to help ensure your files are accessible.

2. Physical Products (Merchandise)

2.1 Shipping Methods
For any physical products, such as merchandise, we use standard post for delivery within Australia. Shipping options and rates will be displayed at checkout.

2.2 Processing Time
Orders for physical merchandise are processed within 2-3 business days of purchase.

2.3 Delivery Time

  • Within Australia: 5–7 business days after dispatch.
  • International Shipping: Not available at this time.

2.4 Shipping Costs
Shipping costs for physical products will be calculated at checkout and are based on the destination and weight of the items.

3. Important Information

3.1 Digital Purchases Are Final
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of downloadable files are final and non-refundable. Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for more details.

3.2 Merchandise Shipping Issues
We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or unforeseen circumstances, such as weather events. If your merchandise does not arrive within the estimated time, please contact us at hello@sidepeace.agency

3.3 Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
